We also work with Optum Serve, the federal health services arm of Optum, which manages large-scale health programs — including dental services — primarily for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Optum Serve acts as a third-party administrator (TPA) connecting veterans with community providers for care such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, implants, and oral surgery under the VA Community Care Network. If you are a veteran using VA Community Care benefits, please contact us and our staff will be happy to assist you with scheduling and authorization.
